Hotzone Solutions trains Saudi Diplomats

During which time they received an introduction to a number of international arms control treaties, such as the Chemical Weapons Convention, the Biological and Toxins Weapons Convention, and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty. During their stay in The Hague, the diplomats had the opportunity to visit the Netherlands Institute of International Relations 'Clingendael’, the International Criminal Court, the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, and the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO).

The training course was the first of its kind since the establishment of Hotzone Solutions in 2010. The organisers on the Saudi Arabian side expressed their satisfaction with the programme and indicated their intention to request similar training for their personnel in the near future.
