Convergence brochure now up

The first brochure for CBRNe Convergence is now available for download. Information on speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, workshops and much, much more.
CBRNe Convergence 2014 will be held at the Hyatt Regency, Long Island, New York, from the 28th to 30th October, and the first brochure is available for download here. We have a pre-conference workshop, organised by the FBI, on novel explosive compounds, including an afternoon on the range. We also have the EPA showcasing their Aspect Aircraft and Philis lab and are expecting other static assets in time too. We will also be running our call for papers and poster sessions again, and those interested should either fill in their details

The programme is now nearly full, a few more speakers are waiting for paperwork to come through, and includes people like Commissioner Eric Yap (SCDF), Commissioner Jerry Hauer (NY), BG JB Burton (20th CBRNE Command), Chief Bob Ingram (FDNY), Tetsu Okumura (Tokyo Police), Col Mohammad Maani (Jordanian Police), Mark Kirk (DHS OHA). A full list of speakers can be found in the brochure, and detailed information on them via /convergence2014/speakers
The start of the second day of the conference (30th), will also have a dynamic demonstration from Suffolk PD, showcasing the enormous capability that New York has (New York Homeland Security grants up again this year!). This is an exclusive opportunity open to all Convergence attendees and will provide an in-depth insight into the capability that STCI, and other grants, have enabled.
The exhibition is also almost full, and has some of the leading companies on all elements of CBRNE, and this will be the largest CBRNE event in the world in 2014 with an expected 600 people attending.
