ANSELL LIMITED SETTLES ACQUISITION OF TRELLEBORG’S PROTECTIVE
PRODUCTS BUSINESS
Melbourne (AU)/ Brussels (BE)/ Red Bank (NJ, US) – Ansell Limited (ASX:ANN), a global leader in protective solutions, today announced it has concluded the acquisition of the Trelleborg Protective Products (TPP) business. Ansell will operate the former Trelleborg business under the name Ansell Protective Solutions (APS), and as part of its Specialty Markets Global Business Unit.
Ansell Protective Solutions (formerly known as Trelleborg Protective Products) provides high end chemical protective suits, professional dry diving suits, escape hoods, medical patient care and tents/shelters to First Responders, Military, Aerospace and Industrial customers.

This acquisition, for EUR 23.7 million, was previously announced on April 11, 2012.
