A 60-year-old man has been detained in connection with a trash bin explosion at Estonia's largest shopping centre, which injured one person. The bin exploded at Ülemiste shopping centre, in Tallinn, which prompted the evacuation of the mall. According to an official statement "There is reason to believe that the motive for the act was personal revenge and stemmed from a previous connection with the same shopping centre.
