Creating conditions for the spread of anthrax

According to the Ukrainian National News (UNN), referring to information from the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine (GUR), Russian invaders are creating conditions for the spread of anthrax in the occupied territory of the Kherson region. According to the GUR, Russians are transporting carcasses of livestock infected with anthrax to livestock burial grounds, and burying them without obeying the norms for disposal, such as burning the carcasses. Some of the carcasses are buried near populated areas, with no signs or perimeter fencing, to alert people. The GUR has voiced concerns that Russia could use the situation with livestock burial grounds to conduct a "false flag" provocation, particularly after the most recent claims of US bioweapons facilities in Ukraine.
