Rat poison toothpaste

In a tragic incident in Kerala recently, a 3-year-old died after mistaking rat posion for toothpaste.  The child was young, but one can only asume that the poison was in a similar style contianer to that of the toothpaste used in the home. 

According to reports, the child found a tube of rat poison that was lying around among other household items during painting of the house. She then mistakenly brushed her teeth with the poisonous substance. She was rushed to hosptal but unfortunately could not be saved.
