Chemical disposal factory explosion

A catastrophic explosion recently occurred at Detox India PVT ltd, a chemical disposal factory, which  claimed the lives of four workers and critically injured for others. According to reports the explosion took place during a chemical process and was triggered by welding activities. The company has apparently been scrutinized for safety violations in the past, and has a history of on-compliance with regulations. 

There was no mention in reports as to what the chemical involved may have been.
