UTILIS IBERICA was awarded a first contract of CBRN Individual Protection Material by Spanish Armed Forces, through NAMSA, with option for more during the next years. The Spanish program includes Army, Air Force, Navy and Military Emergency Unit.
The CBRN Individual Protection Material gathers all items for chemical detection, individual chemical and radiological decontamination, mask tester and first-aid material for chemical injuries in one integrated solution. This solution has been evaluated by Spanish CBRN School in accordance with STANAGs 2352, 2871 and 4653 and tested during different field exercises, including the last international joint SIBCRA course in Italy. The integrated solution has updated components and is designed to drastically reduce logistics burden, improving the management and accessories replacement of CBRN Individual Protective Equipment (IPE).
As standard equipment in service in the Spanish Armed Forces, CBRN Individual Protection Material has a complete military field manual adaptable to any language.
This equipment is available for all NATO countries within a 5-year framework agreement opened with NAMSA through the NLSE (NATO Logistic Stock Exchange), and the equipment NSN is 4230-33-208-9750.
UTILIS IBERICA supplies, according to the requirements of the Spanish Armed Forces, complete solutions for CBRN Defence.
UTILIS IBERICA was awarded the supply of the Division, Brigade, Regiment and Battalion Command Posts and Medical Facilities ROLE 2+ type with CBRN collective protection (CBRN COLPRO) for Army, Air Force and Marines.
UTILIS IBERICA is also specialized in personnel CBRN decontamination stations of different capacities. Currently in service for the 1st CBRN Regiment, with a capacity of 50 persons / hour and several CBRN casualty decontamination stations in medical corps units.
In the field of individual protection, our company has been selected for Spanish Armed Forces as the supplier of “CBRN Individual Protection Material”, part of CBRN IPE.
