# Hidden biolab

 Written on 21 August 2026.

The Main Directorate of Intelligence (HUR) of Ukraine recently reported that Russia has restored to operation a biological weapons research facility known as the “Center for Experimental Physiology,” located on Lisyi Island in the middle of the Vyshnevolotsk Reservoir in Russia’s Tver Region. According to the report, the biological research facility has been rebuilt on orders from Putin as a high-priority project aimed at “ensuring Russia’s defense capabilities and security.,” but is allegedly operating under the cover of veterinary and physiological research. HUR as yet, has not published any images or documents to support the claim, and of course Russian authorities have not commented on it.
