#  Knife and caustic attack

15 people at a tyre factory in Japan were injured when a former employee went on a rampage with a knife and caustic substance. According to reports, the attacker was carrying a survival knife and wearing what appeared to be a gas mask. Eight people were stabbed and a further seven were injured when he sprayed them with what is being reported as a ‘bleach-like agent’. All 15 victims were taken to hospital for treatment and the attacker arrested, the motive for the attack has not yet been revealed.
