# Borax murders

 Written on 24 June 2026.

A 46-year-old shopkeeper has been arrested on suspicion of killing eight men in a four-month period using lethal doses of Borax. Police revealed that Jaiswal first tested the poison on a stray dog after procuring it on the pretence of using it to kill rats. Police have described the man as ‘a psycho killer’ who carried out the murders driven by feelings of revenge, mental frustration and long-standing grudges against the victims over minor disputes.
