#  SMi Group successful in UK High Court Case against Ilja Bonsen, Daniel and Marta Levy

Smi Group Limited have been pursuing an action against Ilja Bonsen and two others since 2011, which has now been found in their favour. The case revolved around whether Daniel and Marta Levy, both previous employees of SMi, had illegally taken confidential information from SMi and used to the advantage of their new employer.

The only injunction made public is that they have received a permanent injunction preventing the Defendants from using SMi's confidential information.
