#  RCMP arrest biochemist in Ottawa

The individual, Chris Phillips, was found to be in possession of two TICs, and had been apparently been trained in Biochemistry in the US. Canadian Hazmat and CBRN forces are in attendance and the situation is developing. #cbrne #hazmat
