#  Prometech BV Press Release

Effective per January 1st, 2013, the ownership of Prometech BV is now solely held by the holding companies of Prometech's management, Mr Gert Wijnalda (CEO) and Mr Paul Hooijmans (CFO), having acquired the minority share previously owned by IB Holding/Mr Ilja Bonsen. We firmly believe that this change will allow us to continue and improve our operations in the security software field.

We are very happy we have acquired full ownership of Prometech and look forward to continue working together with you in the future!

In preparation of this change, we have moved our offices to Utrecht last December, sharing the offices with our sister companies. Please update your records accordingly:
