#  Just keep swinging!

The LA Times on Friday, and thanks to the wonderful GSN for highlighting this, ran the story that the Tupelo taekwondo, James Everett Dutschke, has been accused of trying to continue his spat with the Elvis impersonator, Paul Curtis, while in jail. The full story can be found - [here](https://cbrneworld.com/%5C%22http://www.latimes.com/nation/nationnow/la-na-nn-mississippi-ricin-20131121,0,3979442.story#axzz2leGWGlC3%5C%22) but effectively while in custody, over a period of a week, Dutschke tried to persuade another inmate to make ricin and send it to Senator Wicker (R-Miss) implicating Curtis.

It is not yet apparent how this latest charge against Dutschke became known to the Court, but it does suggest the level of mental instability in people that choose to make CBRN devices might be quite high (shades of Larry Wayne Harris [more info here](https://cbrneworld.com/%5C%22http://edition.cnn.com/US/9802/19/fbi.arrest.pm/%5C%22) )
