#  Allen Vanguard wins $2.8M contract

Allen-Vanguard International announced that it has been awarded a contract by NSWC-Indian Head to develop and deliver EOD/IEDD, Diving and Instructor Training to the Azerbaijan Navy EOD Unit (AZE Unit).

Under the contract, Allen-Vanguard International-CTS will deliver two, twenty week courses consisting of academic instruction and training to students of the AZE Unit in Baku, Azerbaijan. The instruction will consist of six courses with 25-35 students per course. The courses include: Basic EOD, Advanced EOD, Basic Instructor, Advanced Instructor, Command, Control and Planning and Combat Diver. Each 20 week instruction and training will end with an EOD Certification for each student who successfully completes all requirements.
