Dr. Andy Haefner

Dr. Andy Haefner is the CEO and Co-founder at Gamma Reality Inc. (GRI). He is an expert in sensor data fusion, algorithm development, and gamma-ray imaging, and has over a decade of experience leading innovative research and development of advanced 3D radiation mapping, data fusion, and visualization technologies. Inspired by his experiences deploying 3D radiation mapping prototype systems at measurement campaigns around the world, including in Fukushima Prefecture, he co-founded GRI to commercialize impactful next generation 3D mapping and data fusion technologies. Dr. Haefner earned his PhD in Nuclear Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley.
