Lieutenant Colonel Jeffrey P Winn has served in the U.S. Military for over 30 years as a CBRN Officer. He has commanded at multiple levels, including a deployment to Iraq as the Commander of a Chemical Company and Commanding a Civil Support Team in the U.S. He has held numerous Homeland Defense assignments, in addition to command, including CBRNE Enhance Response Force Package (CERFP) Operations Officer, Deputy Commander of a CST, Chief, Joint Operations Center.
He has planned, participated and led at all levels during National Guard Activations in Massachusetts inducing floods, hurricanes, and other natural disasters as well as countless pre-planned events including of many of the biggest NSSEs in the country.
He has completed multiple levels of Civilian and Military education including the U.S. Army War College. He holds multiple degrees that includes a Masters of Emergency Management, and MBA and a Masters of Strategic Studies.
