Captain Irvin S Hibaler is the Platoon Leader of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Platoon, Explosives Ordnance Disposal Battalion, Army Support Command , Philippine Army
Upon completion of his training as an undergraduate cadet at the Philippine Military Academy on 2011, Captain Irvin S Hibaler was commissioned in the officer corps of the Philippine Army and was posted as an infantry officer. He then progressed as a logistic officer and specialize in the ammunition management and explosives ordnance disposal both in the Infantry and Logistic Units of the Philippine Army. On 2018 he graduated his Masters of Science in Environmental Management at the Webster University, Fort Leonard Wood Campus, Missouri, USA. On the same year after his training at the US ARMY Chemical School for CBRN Captain Career Course, CAPTAIN HIBALER ventured in the CBRN to led the sole CBRN unit of the Armed Forces of the Philippines while in its infancy. His responsibility as Platoon Leader foresees him on administration, planning, supervision and development of the CBRN Company under his command.
