Start tuning up for the 12th Annual CBRNe Convergence in Nashville!

Growing closer, staying distinct: merging civilian and military response to CBRN and IED threats

The Nissan stadium, home to the Tennessee Titans, is going to be the home for CBRNe Convergence 2019. This is the 12th year we have run the event, and we have been to a range of amazing venues, but it will take a lot to beat the home ground in Music City! Three days of CBRNE excellence, with speakers from around the world, will be joined by the largest CBRNE exhibition in North America and a live demo done by Nashville responders. Booking will soon by live, and you can book your place by clicking on the register button above.

Forbes magazine recently voted Nashville within the ten fastest growing cities in the US, and this imposes challenges on a cities hazmat and counter terrorism organisations. This is a chance to find out how Nashville responders have risen to that problem, and how other nearby facilities, like Huntsville, Anniston and Oak Ridge have been able to assist.

The pre-congress workshop will follow on from the highly successful ‘High Threat’ one that was run in Orlando in 2018, and is also likely to be a sell-out. Called 'Threat led discrete assessment leading to positive prosecutions' it will be run again by Gareth Roberts, from the Welsh Extremist and Counter Terrorism Unit in South Wales Police, this year joined by his colleague Hugh Williams-Jones. In addition to Gareth's classroom element there will also be a hands-on element at an off site EOD training centre. This full day event is perfect for law enforcement and military units that need to perform discrete operations against criminal or terrorist elements that might be attempting to perform conventional or CBRN attacks. More information will be available soon!
