Kirk Fudge is the Division Chief of Technical Operations with the Toronto Fire Services, bringing nearly three decades of operational and strategic experience in hazardous materials, CBRNE response, and joint operations coordination. In his current role, he provides leadership over specialized technical operations programs, including Hazmat and CBRNE response, while advancing public safety interoperability across partner agencies. His work focuses on aligning frontline operations with strategic planning to enhance preparedness, response capability, and integrated emergency management outcomes.
