The Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Consortium is an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA)-based consortium sponsored by the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND). The CWMD OTA is for use by federal agencies to rapidly develop and prototype new technologies related to countering WMD.
