The psychological impact of a CBRN incident and public reaction to mass decontamination, will be among the key topics to be explored as part of the packed three-day programme for CBRNe Convergence Europe, taking place in London early next year.
If you work in the CBRNe or Hazmat field, this is the conference for you, expected to attract over 300 first responders and experts from the military, fire service, police and civil defence organisations.
The event is taking place in Central London, from May 17-18 and seats are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.
The event consists of pre-conference workshops and two days of lectures and interactive sessions, featuring keynote speakers and moderators from around the world presenting on the latest trends, issues and approaches to CBRNe. The experience and expertise of these people offers a unique chance to applying their learning to the advantage of your team.
Here is what previous attendees have said about CBRNe Convergence:
“I come to the CBRNe Conference so that I can network with other agencies throughout the world and find out what they are facing and the latest trends within their agencies. As the purchasing representative for my hazmat material department I come down here to meet the vendors and find out the latest and greatest hazmat equipment out there today. Coming to the conference is a great thing and I encourage anyone that’s involved in hazmat, law enforcement or fire to attend these conferences.” Ken Hawkes, Los Angeles Port Police
“The event for us as CBRN First responders, is a very important event worldwide. It is one of the most important events we have – the Convergence and the symposium - it’s where we can meet industrial partners and other firefighters, police, military, all of us who are involved in CBRN issues.” Christoph Libeau, Paris Fire Brigade
A series of interactive workshops will give everyone the chance to explore and discuss methods, training and lessons learned from each stage of an incident, with each session chaired by a world leading CBRNe authority.
Networking opportunities will be held throughout the event, along with the chance to view and review some of the latest in CBRNe technology and equipment through the 40-strong industry-focused exhibition which runs alongside the conference.
